A clear process, not a sales pitch.
Here’s exactly what happens from your first call to your finished home.

Step 1
A qualified assessor visits your property for around an hour. We look at walls, roof, floors, windows, heating, and (for landlords) your current EPC status – collecting everything needed to give you an honest picture, not a generic one.

Step 2
We walk you through exactly what we found, what we’d recommend, and why – including the trade-offs. If insulation should come before solar for your particular house, we’ll tell you that even though it’s a smaller job for us. You decide what goes ahead.

Step 3
Before you commit to anything, we check every scheme your property might qualify for – the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, the Warm Homes Local Grant, and (for landlords) how your MEES compliance spending cap applies. Most people are only aware of one of these, if any.
We deliver, or you take the plan elsewhere
Step 4
You can take your plan to your own installers, or let Fourwalls manage the whole thing with our vetted, certified partner network. Either way, every design is signed off by our Retrofit Coordinator – the qualified, independent check that most local installers simply don’t have.
Ongoing compliance, for landlords
Step5
If you’re a landlord, we don’t disappear after the job. Our compliance tracking keeps an eye on your EPC expiry dates and any new funding you become eligible for – so a portfolio of properties never quietly falls out of compliance without you knowing.
